ORDERS/ SHIPPING:
CAN I ONLY PURCHASE DRESSES ONLINE?
We sell our beautiful dresses online as well as in our boutique which is located in London at 'Crown H & B Spa'.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
We process all orders super fast so that we can get your goods to you as quickly as possible. You can amend your order as many times as you like before you place your order. After this point you will be unable to make amendments.
CAN I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Sadly as we process orders so quickly we are unable to amend your delivery address once your order has been processed. If you have any concerns about your delivery address, please let our team know via email at crownhandbspa@outlook.com.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. You can also keep an eye out on your delivery or contact our Customer Care Team to help track your order.
WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELLED?
Some of our items can be in high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
WHAT CURRENCIES DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently ship nationally therefore we only accept GBP.

DO YOU OFFER STUDENT DISCOUNT?
Yes! We will be offering student discount in the near future so be sure to keep an eye out for it.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?
Please contact our wonderful team at crownhandbspa@outlook.com and they will look into resolving this as quickly as possible.
CAN I REFUND AN ITEM?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund items, however you may exchange your dress to us within 5 business days of receiving the package for sizing only.
We know how frustrating it can be to get the right fit therefore our exchange policy allows you to chose another size of the same dress which is a better fit for you. The item must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached. If you are ever in doubt about which style dress you'd like to go for you can visit our London boutique and try on as many dresses as you'd like!
