We are currently offering our customers FREE UK SHIPPING on all dresses. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery.
The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour. The delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from.
Crown dresses does not issue refunds, however you may exchange your dress to us within 5 business days of receiving the package for sizing only.
We know how frustrating it can be to get the right fit therefore our exchange policy allows you to chose another size of the same dress which is a better fit for you.
